Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email from our marketing department to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item.

• Our orders are shipped within 48 hours once they have been received and processed

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

• Shipping & delivery cost is calculated after you have selected your purchases and confirmed your delivery address shown in “Cart Totals”

We offer the following shipping options:

Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar

• The above Asian countries orders are shipped via standard package mail (5 – 15 business days, based on location)

• We also offer priority, for faster service (3 – 6 business days, based on location – this option has additional charges and you have to contact us at shipment@solargaga.com)

International Orders

• International orders are shipped via first class International airmail. We also offer Express and Express Priority Mail International, for faster service, though at higher rates.
